Market Rasen - Where to go and how to get there

the welcome at market rasen station

Market Rasen station has a team of volunteers that make the station a welcome gateway to this small market town.

It is but a short walk from the station passing the impressive Cerntenary Wesleyan Chapel into Queen Street the town's main shopping street, featuring many independent shops.

Nikolaus Pevsner in  The Buildings of England  describes Market Rasen as being "not inattracive in its own quiet way."
